1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Heron Foods Limited (“Heron Foods”, “we”, “our” or “us”).

2. Eligibility
2.1 The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees of Heron Foods, its associated companies, agencies, suppliers involved in the promotion and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2.3 By entering this promotion, entrants confirm they are eligible to do so and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
3. Promotional Period
The Summer Six Prize Draw opens at 00:01 on 2 July 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 12 August 2026
Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
There will be six weekly prize draws, one for each promotional week. Entries received during each promotional week will be entered into that weeks prize draw.
Week 1: Thursday 2nd July 2026 – Wednesday 8th July 2026
Week 2: Thursday 9th July 2026 – Wednesday 15th July 2026
Week 3: Thursday 16th July 2026 – Wednesday 22nd July 2026
Week 4: Thursday 23rd July 2026 – Wednesday 29th July 2026
Week 5: Thursday 30th July 2026 – Wednesday 5th August 2026
Week 6: Thursday 6th August 2026 – Wednesday 12th August 2026
4. How to Enter
To enter:
Entry is via the Summer Six QR Code and online entry form. Purchase of a Summer Six Deal is not required to submit an entry.
Customers purchasing a Summer Six Deal are encouraged to scan the QR code at the time of purchase to enter the draw.
Entrants must complete all mandatory fields on the online entry form.
A maximum of one entry per person per promotional week is permitted, with a maximum of six entries per person during the promotion.
Incomplete, illegible or automated entries will not be accepted.
5. Prizes
There will be:
One £100 Heron Foods Voucher winner selected in each Weekly Prize Draw.
One Grand Prize winner who will receive £500 in Heron Foods Vouchers at the end of the promotion.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
Heron Foods reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
6. Winner Selection
Weekly prize winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the relevant promotional week.
The Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the full promotional period.
All draws will be conducted within 14 days of the relevant closing date.
Winners will be contacted using the email address provided on entry.
If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Heron Foods reserves the right to redraw the prize.
7. Winner Information
To comply with the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code), Heron Foods may publish or make available the surname and county of prize winners.
Entrants may object to this by contacting Heron Foods. In such circumstances, Heron Foods may still provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.
8. Data Protection
Personal data supplied during the promotion will only be used for:
administering the Summer Six Prize Draw;
contacting prize winners; and
where consent has been given, sending Heron Foods marketing communications.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Heron Foods Privacy Policy.
9. General
Heron Foods reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and the validity of entries.
Entries found to be fraudulent, incomplete or in breach of these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified.
Heron Foods reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
1.Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.
2.Employees of Heron Foods, their immediate families, agencies or anyone professionally connected with the competition may not enter unless otherwise stated.
3.No purchase is necessary to enter.
4.Entry mechanics, opening dates and closing dates will be stated within each individual competition post.
5.Entries received after the stated closing date/time will not be counted.
6.Winners will be selected at random unless otherwise stated.
7.Winners will be contacted directly via the official Heron Foods social media account only. We will never ask winners for bank details or payment information.
8.If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, Heron Foods reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
9.Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered unless stated otherwise.
10.Heron Foods reserves the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or greater value if required.
11.By entering, participants confirm they have permission to use any submitted content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
12.Heron Foods reserves the right to remove or disqualify entries deemed inappropriate, offensive, fraudulent or not in line with the competition rules.
13.Competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or X (formerly Twitter).
14.By entering the competition, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the use of their name and social media handle for promotional purposes related to the competition.
15.Heron Foods reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw competitions at any time where necessary due to circumstances outside of its control.
16.Any personal data supplied during the course of a competition will only be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and Heron Foods’ privacy policy.
17.Entry into any Heron Foods social media competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Full or part completed cards can be redeemed at any time against the purchase of goods (excluding National Lottery and PayPoint services) in any Heron Foods Store.
Savings stamps cannot be redeemed in store for cash. No change will be given for part payment with a savings stamp.
A completed card with £29 worth of savings stamps, when redeemed is worth £30. PLEASE NOTE partially completed cards do not qualify for the £1 bonus.
When you have completed the card, or saved all you want, simply hand it to a Heron Foods cashier when you shop. The amount saved (plus £1 if you are redeeming the full amount of £29 in savings stamps) will be deducted from your shopping bill (subject to the restrictions set out above).
Cards cannot be partially redeemed. For example, if you have a card with 20 stamps on (£20) you cannot redeem only 10 of these stamps (£10), you must redeem all the stamps on the card.
ENSURE YOU KEEP YOUR SAVINGS STAMP CARD SAFE as Heron Foods Limited is not responsible for lost cards and you will be unable to redeem your savings stamps without a valid savings stamp card.
Stamp Cards are the property of Heron Foods Limited.
In these terms and conditions, references to “your money” means the money you use to purchase savings stamps.
Your money is transferred by Heron Foods Limited to be pooled with other money of Heron Foods Limited. Please note the following:
Any interest on the monies held in the account is held absolutely for Heron Foods Limited and your money does not accrue interest;
Savings stamps are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme or the Financial Ombudsmen service.
Heron Foods Limited reserves the right to withdraw this scheme at any time, after which savings stamps may be redeemed for up to 6 months from the date of withdrawal.
Save for the above savings stamps are valid for a minimum of 2 years from purchase and the expiry date is printed on the stamp. Stamps that have expired cannot be redeemed or transferred.
If we believe that your savings stamp card or your savings stamps have been copied or otherwise replicated or we otherwise suspect that your claim is fraudulent or not genuine, we reserve the right to refuse redemption of your savings stamps.
Heron Foods Limited is registered as a data controller under the Data Protection Act 2018. We will only use the information you have provided on the card for administrative purposes (unless you have also agreed to receive promotional emails) and always in accordance with our privacy policy which is available at heronfoods.com or available in your local Heron Foods Store.
