1.Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.
2.Employees of Heron Foods, their immediate families, agencies or anyone professionally connected with the competition may not enter unless otherwise stated.
3.No purchase is necessary to enter.
4.Entry mechanics, opening dates and closing dates will be stated within each individual competition post.
5.Entries received after the stated closing date/time will not be counted.
6.Winners will be selected at random unless otherwise stated.
7.Winners will be contacted directly via the official Heron Foods social media account only. We will never ask winners for bank details or payment information.
8.If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, Heron Foods reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
9.Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered unless stated otherwise.
10.Heron Foods reserves the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or greater value if required.
11.By entering, participants confirm they have permission to use any submitted content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
12.Heron Foods reserves the right to remove or disqualify entries deemed inappropriate, offensive, fraudulent or not in line with the competition rules.
13.Competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or X (formerly Twitter).
14.By entering the competition, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the use of their name and social media handle for promotional purposes related to the competition.
15.Heron Foods reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw competitions at any time where necessary due to circumstances outside of its control.
16.Any personal data supplied during the course of a competition will only be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and Heron Foods’ privacy policy.
17.Entry into any Heron Foods social media competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
This card can only be used for Heron Foods £1 saving stamps.
Full or part completed cards can be redeemed at any time against the purchase of goods
(excluding National Lottery, Scratch Cards, Tobacco, Gift Cards, Bill Payments (Pay point) in any
Heron Foods stores.
Saving stamps cannot be redeemed in store for cash. No change will be given for part payment
with a saving stamp.
A completed card with £29 worth of saving stamps, when redeemed, is worth £30. PLEASE NOTE –
Partially completed cards do not qualify for the £1 bonus.
When you have completed the card, or saved all you want, simply hand it to a Heron Foods
cashier at the point of payment. The amount saved (plus £1 if you are redeeming the full amount
of £29 in saving stamps) will be deducted from your shopping bill (subject to the restrictions set
out above).
Cards cannot be partially redeemed. For example, if you have a card with 15 stamps (£15) you
cannot redeem only 10 of these stamps (£10); you must redeem all stamps on the card.
ENSURE YOU KEEP YOUR SAVINGS CARD SAFE as Heron Foods Limited is not responsible for lost
cards and you will be unable to redeem your savings stamps without a valid saving stamp card.
You may be asked to provide photographic identification at the time of redemption.
Stamp Cards are the property of Heron Foods Limited.
In these terms and conditions, references to “your money” means the money you use to purchase
saving stamps.
Your money is transferred by Heron Foods Limited to be pooled with other money and help in a
separate account of Heron Foods Limited. Please note the following:
Any interest on the monies held in the account is held absolutely for Heron Foods Limited and
your money does not accrue interest.
Saving stamps are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme or the Financial
Ombudsmen service.
Heron Foods Limited reserves the right to withdraw this scheme at any time, after which saving
stamps may be redeemed for up to 6 months from the date of the withdrawal.
If we believe that your saving stamp card or your saving stamps have been copied or otherwise
replicated or we otherwise suspect that your claim is fraudulent or not genuine, we reserve the
right to refuse redemption of your saving stamps.
Heron Foods Limited is registered as a data controller under the Data Protection Act 1998. We will
only use the information you have provided on the card for administrative purposes (unless you
have also agreed to receive promotional emails) and always in accordance with our privacy policy
which is available at heronfoods.com or available in your local Heron Foods store.

Your personal data will only be used by Heron Foods Limited and our agents for this purpose. We
will not pass on or sell your personal data to any third party.

This saving stamp book only holds the value of stamps in date at the point of redemption.
