At Heron Foods we aim to make the process of becoming a supplier as painless as possible. To achieve that we have put together a three stage process to follow with guidance and resources to support prospective suppliers.
Of course we can’t ensure your products will be listed, however we promise to respond to applications promptly and honestly. We provide our customers with top quality products at low prices every day and an a enjoyable shopping experience. If your product is not what we are looking for we will tell you, if they are right up our street and we are interested we’ll aim to get it stocked as soon as possible.
The first step in becoming stocked on our shelves is to ensure your products are retail ready, this includes informing us of packaging details, production and distribution levels, delivery methods as well as cost and pricing expectations. Download the checklist for all the details.
We will happily consider all parcel sizes whether that be 1 or 100 pallets. We are also happy to buy grey market products, discontinued lines, short dated products and any one off deal that may come along. We are constantly on the look out for new products to extend our core range and always look to establish relationships with new suppliers.

Complete this simple application form and email it to us at email@example.com along with a supporting image of your product that is no larger than 750kb. The form asks basic questions about who you are, the type of product you want to list and technical information. Please complete it as fully as possible to avoid any delays in the process.
We will carefully review your application and will aim to respond to you within 10 working days of your submission. We may call or email you to discuss further or we may arrange to meet you to. If you are not successful we will explain the reasons why.
