Heron are looking to open twenty to thirty new stores, either freehold or leasehold, in the next twelve months. We are looking for High Street locations, district centres and busy secondary locations in all towns in the North of England and the Midlands. Ideally size should be about 3500 square feet although we will look at smaller or larger stores. We would prefer stores to be accessible by articulated truck but again we can be flexible if the location is correct. We are also quite happy to consider development sites. Our standard store fit is of high standard and is bound to increase the investment value of the stores we occupy on a leasehold basis.
Fees will be paid to non retained surveyors.
