We specialise in buying clearance, end-of-line, excess stock, short-dated products, packaging changes, discontinued lines and one-off opportunities. Whether you have a single pallet or a large quantity of stock to clear, we’d love to hear from you.
While we also review opportunities for our core range, our focus is on products that offer outstanding value and help us create exciting deals for our customers.
If your product is right for Heron Foods, our Buying Team will work quickly to assess the opportunity and discuss next steps.

Before getting in touch, please gather as much information as possible about your product, including:

• Product description and brand
• Available quantity
• Best before or use-by dates (where applicable)
• Packaging format and pallet configuration
• Pricing expectations
• Supporting product image
• Lead times

We consider a wide range of opportunities, including:

The more information you provide, the quicker our Buying Team can review your opportunity and determine whether it may be suitable for our stores.

Our Buying Team will review your submission and aim to respond within 10 working days.
Depending on the opportunity, we may contact you for further information, request samples or arrange a meeting to discuss the product in more detail.
While we are unable to progress every opportunity, we will review each submission and provide feedback where possible.
